Watch the UAE’s best gamers compete to raise funds for the UAE’s Covid-19 relief efforts

A Ramadan online gaming tournament will be held this month, to help raise funds for the UAE’s COVID-19 relief efforts in line with the Holy Month’s spirit of giving.

The tournament will take place over three days starting on the 18th of May and ending on the 20th May. UAE-based gamers will compete to win a range of top prizes, with 10 players getting the chance to go head-to-head against some of the top Arabian Gulf League players during final stage of the tournament.

Spectators can watch the tournament via a dedicated twofour54 Twitch channel, where the action will be analysed by a professional English commentator. The UAE Pro League Twitch Channel will feature Arabic commentators powered by Empire play.

Players and spectators will also be able to donate through a link on both channels. Funds will go towards Ma’an’s ‘Together We are Good programme’ – the first project of Ma’an’s Social Fund that allows community contributions to help tackle social challenges and channels the community’s efforts towards the current health and economic challenges.
