PUBG MOBILE celebrated its top players and content creators from across the Middle East and North Africa this weekend, at the dazzling 2025 MENA GALA held in Dubai on Saturday 26th April, brought together the best regional players and teams, along with leading creatives and fans, for an evening of entertainment and awards to recognize the stars of the PUBG MOBILE community in the MENA region. This year’s event built on the success of the inaugural event in Riyadh last year, establishing the MENA GALA as one of the highlights of the games calendar in the region.
This year’s theme, Sands of Time, reflected PUBG MOBILE’s latest 3.7 update and was inspired by the game’s Golden Dynasty Mode — a visually striking blend of ancient desert landscapes, floating islands, and palatial grandeur. The concept symbolised both a retrospective of community highlights and a glimpse into the game’s evolving future.
The highlight of the 2025 MENA GALA was the annual PUBG MOBILE awards, which recognise the impact, creativity, and dedication of members of the game’s community in the MENA region. Among the outstanding top players and content creators who were honoured at the awards were:
Dgray was awarded Icon of the Year, while ABOD took home the title of Sniper King of the Year, and Ivar won Hilarious Personality of the Year.
In the educational space, Flaregun TV won Educator of the Year, and 3bsi was named Personality of the Year.
The All-Rounder of the Year award went to Q8spanish, and Silvatshu received honors as Comedy Content Creator of the Year.
WarriorMido was recognised as Breakthrough talent of the Year, and Owtoya received the title of The Arena Hero, while The Top Live Streamer Awards went to 3mr.
These awards reflect the growing impact and diversity of content creators in the MENA region, setting new benchmarks for creativity and influence.
In keeping with the Sands of Time theme, guests were given an exclusive preview of the exciting new features and updates coming in the next update for PUBG MOBILE. The Gala also marked the launch of a new regional partnership between PUBG MOBILE, leading automotive brand Jetour and Elite Group Holding, the exclusive distributor of Jetour in the UAE. This collaboration extends across the Arab region and represents the beginning of a broader vision for PUBG MOBILE’s strategic partnership with the brand.
