MSC 2024 and MWI 2024 Group Draw results announced

MOONTON Games has officially announced the group draw results of its Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid Season Cup (MSC) 2024 and MLBB Women’s Invitational (MWI) 2024. Both global tournaments will be featured in the upcoming Esports World Cup in Boulevard Riyadh City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia featuring international MLBB teams.

MSC 2024 Group Draw results now out!
From 28 to 29 June, the inaugural Wild Card Stage will divide eight (8) teams into two groups to play a single round-robin, best-of-one (BO1) match. The matches start at 11:00 AM (GMT+3) on both 28 and 29 June.

See below the results of the Wild Card draw:
The top team from each group will enter Phase 2 of the Wild Card – scheduled on 30 June, at 13:00 PM (GMT+3) – to play a BO5 match. The winner of the second phase will proceed to the MSC 2024 Group Stage. Meanwhile, the seven other teams will be eliminated.

The winner of the Wild Card Stage proceeds to the Main Stage to compete with 15 other international teams to vie for the most-coveted title.

For the Group Stage, below are the results of the group draw:
From 3 to 7 July, each group will play a single round-robin BO2 match, wherein the top two ranked teams per group will advance to the Knockout Stage. The two lowest-ranked teams per group will bid goodbye to their MSC 2024 journey.

During the Knockout Stage, the top team for each group will play with the top two teams of the other groups, for the Knockout Stage. All matches will follow a BO5 format, and will start at 11:00 AM (GMT+3) daily. Meanwhile, the Grand Finals Day will be in a BO7 format, set on 14 July, at 13:00 PM (GMT+3).

MWI 2024 commences on 24 July!
MWI 2024 will feature 12 international female MLBB teams and will have two main phases: the Group Stage and Playoffs Stage. All teams will be divided into four groups – A, B, C, D – and will play a single round robin, BO2 match series, from 24 to 25 July.

See below the results of the Group Stage draw:
The top two teams of each group will proceed to the Playoffs Stage, while the team from each group with the lowest points will end their Playoffs contention.

A playoff draw will be conducted where the four top teams from each group will be placed together into pool 1, while the four 2nd-placed teams will be placed into pool 2. The Playoffs Stage starts from 26 to 27 July.

The first day of the Playoffs Stage will be in a single elimination (BO3) format. On the other hand, the second day will be in a single elimination BO5 match series.
