Following the launch of Honor of Kings in the UAE in February, players around the world are teaming up to experience intense, strategic team-based battles with today’s release of Honor of Kings for iOS and Android devices across Japan, Korea, South East Asia, Latin America, North America, and Europe.
Furthermore, all 86 launch Heroes, including the newly added Hero, Sun Ce, will be available to trial for free during the first month so players can find the ones that best suit their style. Players can unlock up to 28 of these Heroes and 21 Skins for free simply by fulfilling certain in-game activities.
In the first month following this launch, notable IP collaborations with SNK, Saint Seiya, Hello Kitty, and Bruce Lee will also occur.
The original mobile MOBA, Honor of Kings, was designed from the ground up to be optimized for the platform and continues to evolve in line with the latest device capabilities. However, the team has never deviated from the game’s core development tenets:
- Free to Play, Fair to Win: A level playing field where success is not determined by an ability to spend but a player’s skill and effort
- Cutting Edge Accessibility for All: The game’s initial download has remained as small as possible for low-end devices and the team is constantly integrating new device features that improve the overall experience
- Captivating Characters and Compelling Content: An initial roster of 86 dynamic Heroes and 100s of Skins at launch will grow over the coming months along with further in-game events that include collaborations with global and regionally relevant brands and celebrities
- Welcoming Community through Best-in-Class Matchmaking: Honor of Kings prides itself on fostering a community where like-minded players can meet and compete against those from a similar skill level
With support for 14 languages, a worldwide server network, diverse roster of Heroes, and content and cultural references that will resonate with players from around the globe, Honor of Kings will bring players together as one wherever they are based.
